View All ServicesJunk Removal Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is based on the volume the items take up in the truck. The crew gives the Customer a flat, upfront Quote on site before loading begins, and no work starts until the Customer approves it.
Prices shown on the Website or given by phone are estimates. If the items differ from what was described, the on-site Quote replaces any earlier estimate, and the Customer can decline it without charge.
Payment
Payment for the approved Quote is due when the job is complete, unless the Company and the Customer agree otherwise in writing. The Company confirms accepted payment methods when the Customer books.
Pickup Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellation
The Customer can reschedule or cancel an appointment by calling or emailing the Company before the crew arrives. Arrival times are estimates and can shift because of traffic, weather or earlier jobs; the Company contacts the Customer if a crew is running late.
Junk Items the Company Cannot Take
For safety and legal reasons, the Company does not remove:
- Hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel and pesticides.
- Asbestos or materials suspected to contain asbestos.
- Medical, biological or wet waste.
- Any item the crew judges unsafe to lift, load or transport.
When the Customer is unsure about an item, the Customer asks when booking and the Company confirms before the appointment.
Customer Responsibilities
Before the appointment, the Customer agrees to:
- Own the items, or have the owner's permission to have them removed.
- Provide safe access to the items, including gates, parking, keys or access codes.
- Remove personal belongings, valuables and documents the Customer wants to keep from the items being hauled.
- Tell the crew about hazards on site, such as damaged floors, pets or items containing fluids.
Once items are loaded, they cannot be guaranteed to be recoverable, because they are sorted for donation, recycling or disposal.
Junk Donation, Recycling and Disposal
The Company sorts removed items and donates usable goods to local charities, routes recyclables to recycling facilities and sends the rest to licensed disposal facilities. The final destination of any item is at the discretion of the Company and its partners.
Insurance and Limitation of Liability
The Company carries liability insurance. The Customer reports any property damage caused by the crew to the Company within 48 hours of the job so it can be reviewed.
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear to floors or driveways from moving heavy items, or items left in property the Customer asked the Company to remove. To the extent permitted by North Carolina law, the liability of the Company for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job concerned.

The content, images and design of the Website belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Information on the Website is general and may change without notice; it does not form a contract until a Quote is approved.
